What if fear isn’t a flaw in leadership — but a form of wisdom?

Science tells us that women leaders often navigate fear differently. Not because they’re less courageous — but because they’re more attuned to impact.

In other words: Fear, for many women, is not about self-doubt. It’s about discernment, social consequence, and alignment.

And yet — too often, we mistake this carefulness for weakness. We praise confidence over coherence. We overlook the quiet courage it takes to speak truth in a room not designed to hear it.
